Susan’s first-class communication background has included Citigroup and the BBC in London and teaching across UN/NGO entities in Geneva. As a seasoned speech-writer / presenter at conferences in Europe, US and the Middle East, her experience represents a valuable resource to clients seeking support in the drafting of speeches and the delivery of impactful presentations. She also regularly teaches critical communication at the
Graduate Institute of Geneva.
Susan also specialises in supporting women who are moving into leadership positions, working on their self-confidence, authority and gravitas, as well as their communication skills. She regularly appears as a guest speaker at conferences and events focused on the professional empowerment of women.
She frequently donates her coaching expertise to non-profit organisations that champion peace, the welfare of women, child protection and initiatives for supporting women business leaders in the developing world.
Susan has a Doctorate in English and a Masters in History; is an ICF qualified executive coach; and co-authored “In Case of Emergency, Break the Glass – The Handbook of Critical Skills for Career Success.”
