Marie-José Astre-Démoulin was a trainer and coach with the United Nations during 15 years. She assisted teams all over the world. She was also in charge of activities linked with career development, including the training of HR specialist and managers sitting in recruitment panels. She is now a consultant, specialized in career Development and in conflict management. She also acts as a cross-cultural communication expert for the Musée de la Communication in Bern.
