As a recent graduate of LLB International and European Law, I was interested in expanding my horizons after understanding the legal workings within the international and European order, to the governance aspect. The MEIG provided a unique blend of both practical and theoretical aspects of governance while simultaneously allowing us to connect and form networks with experts in the fields. As such, I view the programme as « learning the reflection of reality in the international arena ». Indeed, in the current multilateral world where we are more interconnected than ever, and often the theories may not align with reality. MEIG Programme has recognised this limitation and formulated the programme in a way that we can apply what we learn, and learn from those who work in the field. I am glad to say that the MEIG Programme has enriched my professional capacity and is preparing me to start my professional career.
