The MEIG Programme has been a pathway to both my professional and personal growth. During my studies, many new ideas have emerged, thanks to the programme’s comprehensive approach to multilateralism and regionalism. It has guided me through different aspects of global governance, broadening my interests beyond what I had initially expected. Being part of such a diverse class has also given me valuable insights into different perspectives on key global issues. Most importantly, the MEIG Programme has reinforced my aspiration for a diplomatic career by showing me that to excel in this field, one must pay close attention to the wide range of challenges shaping the modern world, including AI and its evolving trends, trade and global health, environmental and climate change issues. Beyond deepening my understanding of these subjects, the programme has equipped me with the analytical and practical skills that help navigate complex global challenges. The public speaking practices and negotiation classes, in particular, have strengthened my ability to articulate ideas persuasively, engage in high-level discussions, and effectively negotiate in international settings—essential skills for my future career in diplomacy.
