The MEIG Programme has given me an opportunity to study governance in a truly global sense. In addition to enriching academic discussions among our multicultural cohort, we have had the opportunity to interact with development practitioners and diplomats from across the world. Study visits to inter-governmental organisations in international Geneva and face-time with top-level experts helped us view our learnings from a practical perspective. The training and experiences from the MEIG Programme will go a long way with me as I aim to begin a career in international governance.
